I used to run outside all the time. I would run to get our frustrations, to relax, and of course to just get daily exercise. Over the years, I found myself giving excuses to not allow myself to do what I loved: run happy.

I recently got reinspired for my love of not only working out at the gym, but running outside. I went to the Brooks Running Fall 2018 Fashion Runway Show and man, I have to say I was impressed.

Every detail put into the items they create all go back to the love of running. Whether it be indoors or outdoors. It reinspired me to take my love of working out and getting back in shape documented by #carlenesfitnessjourney back outside this fall!
