Easy Guilt-Free Low Carb Snacks Perfect for Game Day Tailgating at Home with ShopRite
If you’ve been here awhile you know I become obsessed with a few things around this time of the year: pumpkin spice, cozy everything, and football. Loving all things fall may just be the most basic part about me!
Disclaimer: This post is sponsored by ShopRite but as always, all opinions are my own.

Quite a few of you have been asking me what I love to eat for snacks on low carb days, so I thought partnering with ShopRite for their home grocery delivery service ShopRite from Home would be the PERFECT opportunity! Before I dive in and show you all, please know that we aren’t always this extra on game day… I only bust out the tachos when our home teams are playing 😉

Since I work full time and basically blog full time, Sunday’s are not only blog content days, but time to cook, relax watching football games, and spend some quality time with my family. Depending on who is playing, we may invite our neighbors over to enjoy the game too. These easy low-carb snack ideas are the perfect way to not only be the hostest with the mostest (safely of course) but also with minimal effort!
I recently learned something that takes my homegating to the next level with minimal effort: the discovery that ShopRite delivers with ShopRite from Home! Simply place an order on ShopRite’s website for grocery delivery and it saves me SO much time – now I can get back to relaxing and watching the game rather than running to the store to stock up on snack favorites in between plays.

My favorite thing about ShopRite is not only their fresh produce and meat section, but their variety of foods in general! They truly have some of the best selection in any category – I am always discovering something new when I shop there including low-carb favorites!. For these particular snacks, any cheese or meat is low carb friendly but when it comes to the crackers or pretzels, just make sure you check the carbs! If anything, have a few on hand for your family to munch on and use cucumbers instead.

ShopRite from Home Game Day Grocery List:
Veggie Tray with Ranch Dressing
Chicken Wings
Sliced cucumbers with Sour Cream Dip
BBQ Chicharrones with Nacho Cheese Dip
Cauliflower Tatchos (I’ll share the recipe below!)
With all of my favorites there is no way I could go wrong on game day! Best part? They are crowd friendly if you’re having a small gathering over as well.

Low Carb Healthier Tatchos aka Tot Nachos
1 bag cauliflower tots, I LOVE the bacon & cheese ones!
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 sliced scallion
1/2 cup pre-cooked bacon bits
Step One: Air fry your cauliflower tots so they don’t have any additional oil on them! I put mine on 400 degrees for 15minutes or until crispy golden.
Step Two: Put into a dish and sprinkle with cheese & bacon. Bake an additional 5 minutes in normal oven or until cheese is melted.
Step Three: Evenly spread the bacon bites
Step Four: Let cool + enjoy with sour cream dip!

I hope you enjoyed my game day #homegating favorites! Be sure to try out ShopRite’s grocery delivery service ShopRite at Home to make your homegating snacks easier on game day all football season long!
