With our wedding being an international affair, we knew we wanted to create a special moment stateside to celebrate with our closest friends and family. Hosting our bridal shower in Seattle felt like the perfect way to bring everyone together — especially for those who couldn’t make it to the big day. It was intimate, joyful, and honestly one of the highlights of our wedding journey.
Signature Sips for Our Fur Babies 🐾
If you know us, you know our dogs are family. So of course, we had signature drinks inspired by them! The Millie and The Coconut were not only adorable but actually delicious — and yes, we served the same ones at our wedding! Guests loved the playful nod, and it made the celebration feel uniquely “us.” I loved this sign we used to display the drinks and of course our pups!
Wisdom for the Future 💌
One of the most meaningful parts of the day? We asked guests to write down their best advice or wishes for us as a couple. We won’t read them until our one-year anniversary — and I already know I’m going to cry happy tears all over again. It’s a beautiful tradition I’d recommend to any couple.
Games That Actually Slapped 🎉
We kept the vibe light and interactive with two super fun games: Guess Her Dress and a cheeky His/Her quiz. The laughs, the guesses, the surprise answers — it brought everyone together in the best way. 10/10 recommend if you want your guests mixing and mingling.

Let’s talk florals. Or rather, let’s gush over florals. @everbloom_flowers_ completely nailed our vision. If I have one regret, it’s not ordering even more! They made the entire space feel dreamy and full of life.
Desserts That Stole the Show 🍰
The custom cookies from @raining.cookies were almost too pretty to eat (almost), and our vintage-style cake and cupcakes from @cakeson28th! Actual works of art. These sweet touches brought such personality and charm to the day — I still think about them.
A Touch of Elegance 🍽️
Instead of going buffet-style, we opted for a pre-set, catered sit-down menu — and I’m so glad we did. It gave the event a more elevated, intentional feel. Add in lots of champagne and good conversation? Perfection.
